Robert James Dugan
Robert James Dugan is a volunteer with the Greater Rochester Chapter of NAIC. He has been a NAIC member since 1995. He has helped develop classes for the chapter and promote it.
Education : A.A.S. in Electronic Technology from Finger Lakes Community College, Navy Electronic training, technical seminars by Hughes and ATC, electronics courses at community colleges: Monroe Community College, Cayuga Community College, and A.A.S. in Chemical Dependency Counseling from Finger Lakes Community College.
